      yep, hopefully will push up towards 20... and yes I'm using the test socket at the moment

      The official max that DLM can set is a d/l speed of 20480kbps with Sky.

      It is highly possible you will be close to this.

      Occasionally people have had connections faster, but not very often with Sky.

      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      Hi can you tell me when your exchange was updated as on Sam Knows SamKnows - Telephone Exchange Search it shows that Westbury SSWWS has not been Sky LLU Enabled
      Connection Speed 16376 kbps 945 kbps
      Line Attenuation 25.0db 14.1db
      Noise Margin 7.6db 8.1db

      Hi steve it was enabled on the 28th feb....prob not updated web site yet....

      Hi yes Sky don`t update Sam Knows on a regular basis. If they did connect Customers can see if their exchange has been Sky unbundled. But that is good news that Sky are still Unbundling. The last I heard 16-01-11 and put on Latest Sky Unbundled Exchanges on SamKnows thanks Pat and Enjoy Sky LLU

      Hi Pat it would be interesting if you could keep an update during the DLM as mine were similar to yours. This morning my download speed dropped ever so slightly which didnt make any difference on the speedtest and upload speed increased very slightly making quite a difference on the speedtest.

      Yesterdays results

      Downstream 16383 kbps / Upstream 945 kbps
      Line Attenuation 18.5 db / 11.1 db
      Noise margin 7.4 db / 15.4 db

      This Morning

      Downstream 16378 kbps / Upstream 1118 kbps
      Line Attenuation 18.5 db / 11.4 db
      Noise margin 6.8 db / 9.0 db

      Both of you're connections are fine tuning now.

      In both cases you upload speed has increased a little, at the expense of the download speed.

      I've mentioned else where on this forum that I believe the upload speed is as important as the download speed. ADSL2+ Annex A has a connection speed of 1Mb for the upload (actually it's max is 1.3Mb, but Sky don't support this).

      Hi there,

      I've just been reading through this thread with some jealousy due to my own Sky DLM testing woes. Hopefully one of you learned fellows can help me.

      Like the OP, my Sky BB was activated in early March, the 2nd to be precise, and until I began encountering problems today I presumed the testing was well underway and due to end this coming Sat. However, MySky reports that it began yesterday, the 9th. So looks like it's been delayed by the 'glitch' too.

      BUT, this is not the issue - my broadband connection has been down all day today. I thought maybe that it was part and parcel of the testing but after reading the results of people in this thread, I'm getting worried. Plus the 'intermittent' connections Sky mention in their literature surely doesn't mean 'lengthy disconnects'?!

      I have a feeling of foreboding about this... Please help :-(
