Re: Internet was fast & now slow.

I've sent a PM as I know there are only a handful of exchanges in the local area that do not have Sky's equipment as the OP is in the same region.

My suspicion is that the OP is either on one of these exchanges or the equipment is full.

If the case is that it is full, then the OP could chase Sky's CS (tier 1) to find out when they might be put onto the LLU equipment.

As an extra note: Many of the local exchanges have/are being upgraded to FTTC. When Sky Launches it's product, then they may be able to move to that.

Thanks for that. There are a handful of exchanges in the local area like that. We all share the same STD code.

The majority of the area is covered by exchanges with Sky's equipment. Many of the exchanges have or will soon have FTTC as well.

Just waiting for a response now.

SamKnows is no longer as up to date as it used to be. The exchanges which haven't been updated are 'Market 1' so there is unlikely to be any upgrading of any kind for a while.

They are also in small communities where people know each other, hence why I am respecting the OP's privacy by not naming them all.

ahh rihgt. so is there anything we can do? my bandwith is unlimtied.
If you are on Connect your bandwidth is not unlimited. You have an allowance of 40Gb a month. Try a speed test as suggested in post 10.
