I'm not entirely sure this is the correct forum for this question, so I apologise if not.
I am paying my line rental with Sky where as I recently paid BT, are Sky now responsible for the quality of the signal? or are BT still responsible for the master socket and back to the exchange?
Should I have a fault with my line and I've ruled out the master socket, who do I report the fault to?

Whoever you pay line rental are responsible to log a fault to Openreach for fault repair(s).
