I have had a sync rate between 4000kbps and 4600kbps for months A few days ago I noticed I have a sync of 3840kbps and can not get it to sync any higher. I spoke to a sky customer service tonight (not uk customer services) which made my heart sink as he was just reading from a script and kept saying to change my wifi channel?? To sort my sync problem (clueless) i asked him if he could retrain my sync but he did not understand. Is there a other number I can ring to get a uk customer service person and not India. Or do I need to ring in the day to get them.

Re: Sync rate??
I know how you feel man, i phoned and they told me to go onto Internet Explorer then click option and delete browsing history i was like this isnt going to improve my speed. can you post you router stats you can do this by typing 192.168.0.1 into your address bar in your web browser. Username: admin Password: sky and click the button that says "Show Statistics" and copy and paste the tables on there.

Re: Sync rate??
If you call before 10pm you have a good chance of hitting someone in the UK, the problem is your speed probably isn't off the speed showing on their system for what you should get so you will need to explain to them that you want DLM run on your line as your speed has dropped by about 1/2mb and your line noise has increased.
