Low BB Speeds - Advice Needed

      Hello

Been awhile since Ive posted on here

I have Broadband Unlimited (Up to20mb)
I regularly peak at 5mb - and I'm only 0.5miles away from exchange.
Should it be this low?, does anyone realistically get close to the 20mb.
The net will also randomly turn off, during the day and sometimes for as long as an hour, mainly just minutes.

Anyone able to advise me and best course of action to take?

      Thanks

Could you post your router stats from your test socket?

Thinking about the basics first, have you got a filter that you could swap with the current one you are using?

If you have, could you swap it with the one you are using & recheck your stats. Looking at your original Speed test result, it is from some time back. Filters can & do go wrong after a period of time.

Can you also confirm if these stats are from the Test socket? They don't look so good.
