You've been regraded to the correct package now (ipstream max). The rubbish throughput could either be down to the traffic management at peak times, or that your profile hasn't settled at 7150kbps yet. Do a speed test at Test Result. When it asks for a username, enter your lan mac address (found on the bottom of the router) with @skydsl on the end i.e. 00F23948FG@skydsl
Post up your results, including the IP profile.

WayHay! They have finally got you on to the correct package and at the top speed. Maybe now they will be able to transfer you to LLU without the previous problem.
I would not worry too much about speed, phone them and ask them to transfer you to LLU.
You will never go straight on to the top download speed with Connect, it takes time for the line to train.

Now you know what you have been missing
Get on to Sky LLu Unlimited and you will get more than twice that.
