That is impossible as ADSL Max ONLY goes to 8Mbps - they can't of been on Connect. 3 years in CST is how I know

Surely if the exchange becomes 21CN enabled, this means that local residents are able to get ADSL2+. Being 21CN enabled does not mean that Sky will have a presence, only that BB speeds are able to go higher.

It still means that connect users get the terrible capping and traffic management that sees Connect customers treated as 3rd class BB clients.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

But Sky Connect doesn't offer anything past ADSLMax (8Mbps) so even 21CN is irrelevent

Nope I'm on the top level Broadband Unlimited package.
Living quite close to the exchange I usually get around 14meg connection.
I have already ran several virus & other checks, which all came back clean.
This has only been happening the past week or so, if it isn't sorted soon I may look at switching to cable.
Still unsure about getting SKY+HD or just upgrade the HDD in my SKY+ Box

Start in Safe Mode with Networking and do a speed test here Sky User - Broadband Speed Tester

Then go here and download a 512Mb file and time it thinkbroadband :: Download Test Files

      Report your results.

Make sure no other device is connected to your broadband when you run these tests.
