      Sky Router Problem

There is a telephone socket in a cupboard which is linked to some sort of box with tons of wires coming out and I'm pretty sure it is running the telephone connection around the house but the sockets behind the TV stand are ethernet sized rather than telephone sized. You'll need to run the router in the cupboard and then run the phone side of the filter to the system in the property, best way to get a clean connection

It's the old support structure at Sky, it changed about 2 years ago to Tier 1 and CST (Customer Solutions Team - Tier 2 & 3 combined)
