    Missing mac

      Missing mac

      Hi can somebody help me please im having a strange problem i contacted sky cst but they just shrugged it off saying its normal for the router/firmware but im not so sure.

      As you can see my mac and subnet masks dissappear after a random connection time is this normal if not how can i solve this

      Im on sky unlimited with the d'link dsl-2640s router

      please help as im tearing my hair out

      Is the connection still working when this happens? It may just be a glitch in the firmware that stops displaying the info for no reason now and then.

      yes the connection is fine i can still connect and is stable and fast but i have no idea why its doing this

      I wouldn't worry tbh, you can get the MAC address off the bottom of the device anyway id you need it
