      I just did the Master socket testing and as far as I can see all my stats were exactly the same.
      I'll phone them and see how it goes. I just have a feeling they will try and give me the runaround.

      If noise margin on the downstream is the same then fair enough. If it increases then the wiring your end is an issue and should be fixed before calling Sky
