yes they do there may be room for a slight improvement but not a great deal I would say. How long has the broadband been active ?

What is your internal set up like. I.E Are you connecting wired or wirelessly are you using any extensions and what else do you have connected to the phone line?

I can see from your stats some errors are appearing. Post back your full internal setup and I will see what other advice I can give you pal.

Router and house phone they are connected to a filter to the master socket, no extensions are connected, laptops use wireless, sometimes I use an Ethernet cable though if I'm downstairs with my laptop.

Re: My Stats Look Normal For My Attenuation ?

That's what I meant by internal set uyp mate. So you have 1 socket in the house in this you have a micro filter with the grey dsl cable going to the router and a telephone connected? Do you have your Sky Digibox conected as well or literally just the filter phone and router?

The stats you have posted show errors appearing

      FEC: 6144 855
      CRC: 48 4

The CRC errors are the ones to worry about that can slow down your connection. CRC errors are beig caused by something internal. Are there any other sockets in the house at all in use or not?

Initially we need to see what are causing these errors. Does the master socket have a line going across it about a third of the way down with 2 screws located either side underneath this? If it does remove the screws and take the front off the socket. Once inside you will see a test socket in there. Connect a micro filter and the router and then connect to your laptop wired and re-post your stats

Re: My Stats Look Normal For My Attenuation ?

When doing this use the other filter that came in the sky broadband box and double check there aren't any other sockets anywhere in the house.

What's your line like for voice quality is there any noise when your on the telephone. Crackling etc?

Maybe you could point out where you see room for improvement. The OP is already below the default noise margin downstream and just about on it upstream, which is no doubt where the CRC errors are coming from. The speed is just about spot on for the attenuation, maybe even a bit high.

When it gets dark my SNR has always dropped, I thought it was normal ? How do i get rid of the CRC errors, its connected in to the master socket i have tested loads of filters and DSL cables and the ones I'm using seem to get the least errors in a certain amount of time so what else can i do to improve it?
