      ****ing insane throttling/ traffic shaping

      100mb takes abou 5 hours even though the dialog box says over 124+kb/s a sec. It doesn't matter where I download from at the moment, Sky implement their own estimated time by stop-starting your downloads. Can't wait to get away from this company.

      They say you should be able to browse on connect during the off peak hours but you can't

      I note you are on Sky Connect which means you aren't on a LLU exchange so aren't receiving Sky Broadband but a rebranded BT product which is generally accepted as been awfull. It may be the only product available on your exchange so the options may be limited. Make some enquiries about other ISP's before you switch so you don't have the same problem. If you complain enough Sky should allow you to leave even within your contract period. Good luck!
