      Doh, we are on sky connect, is there a clause to get out of the contract within a certain timeframe?? I wish my mum had conulted me now :/

      I think there is a cooling off period.

      Could be to do with distant selling regs.

      Can you get LLU?

      You can get out of any time cause of the issues, just request your MAC siting poor speeds that make the Net unusable

      No the exchange is does not have LLU :/ , well im guessing there but ive just checked my line on the sky website and sky connect is the only broadband available, looks like my mums ggoing back to aol!!!

      Will i still be able to get out using that excuse even though the connection will only be 2 days old?? Or can i get out of it by just saying i didnt know that they didnt support gaming, and want to leave during the cooling off period???
