      Sky Anytime+ is downloaded via the Internet and is currently only available if you have Sky Broadband at the moment.
      I think you will find it is only available to those on the Sky Broadband Network at the moment. The unfortunates on Connect can't get it.

      I was wondering about that because I can't seem to find it anywhere on the Sky system and there is no mention of it anywhere on our documents. I guess living in the countryside has some annoying downsides.

      I'm still trying to work out what they did to fix it, but I really don't want to have to speak to sky again for a while so I think I'll leave it until I have another problem. The only problem I have now is a problem with playing some online games but I have posted a thread in the gaming section and think that this may just be a fault with either connect, or with the game manufactures.

      Thanks again for the advice everyone gave me. Was nice to know that there are people that aren't part of a massive corporation that have to stick to company, that help people out there.

      It's a fault with Connect, you'll never get a good experience whilst on it so tbh you're better looking elsewhere

      Yup when people hear that connect is a rebadges BT product they assume all other BT resllers are going to be as bad.

      That is not the case many of the other BT resellers have more than enough capacity to handle their customers and if not they will go and buy some more.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
