Can someone tell me if I need to contact Sky?

I've asked a couple of times and I've not really got an answer. All I want to know is, with these stats below, should I be getting more? Are my speeds OK? I used to get more (around 14000) but in recent months it's slowly dropping more and more.

      Thanks in advance.

Re: Can someone tell me if I need to contact Sky?

Re-take the stats from the test socket with just the short grey dsl cable that Sky supplied running to the router. Do you have any noise on the landline?

Re: Can someone tell me if I need to contact Sky?

I can't re-take the test from the test socket until tomorrow as there are others using the net atm for Uni work. I'll do it tomorrow. Looking at the stats I have shown though, do they look OK? Can you spot anything that might be causing the drop in speed? As far as I can tell there is no noise on the line. I can't hear any and I used the BT service (can't remember the number I rang) and 'spoke' to automated woman who tested the line and said it was OK.

EDIT - Just did a scout about and found the number again. It's 17070 - Quiet line test. Is this reliable test?

Re: Can someone tell me if I need to contact Sky?

The only thing 'wrong' with those stats is that you have quite a few HECs and Errored Seconds on the upstream side of things. The line is currently getting the most it can handle, so there's something not right if you've previously been able to get 14mbps.

Do you have another filter to try? If so, swap over for another filter and re-take the stats.
