Finally rang sky last weekend. Got my line changed to a gaming profile after suggesting the line incapabilities; it's not really relevant to the problem, in my eyes, but it wont hurt. All signs lead to the router being faulty as far as I can tell. I was told to ring back after a week if the problems persist, which I will do and request a new router. Does anyone no if I should have to pay for it, if it indeed is faulty?
