what speed should i get ?

my router has been connecting at 3.7mb so i asked sky to look into it and up the speed, they said to leave the router on for 10 days so they can sort it, bt says my line will take 5mb no problem, but after 10 days im now down to 3mb ? but during those ten days it did peak at the heady heights of 4.077 mb.
      here are my stats

Roughly double what you're on now, I'd call Sky (08442 410515) and get them to configure it manually
