      Welcome to the site Chris

When did you register your interest? it would be a good idea to do it again if you did it a while ago and even if it was recent it wouldn't hurt to do it again.

I have just had a look on samknows and your exchange does have Easynet on it so that should be ok when you do get the invite email for SkyBB.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

I registered at least a month ago, but I have done it again today. It's very frustrating not knowing even when I can order it!

You can always phone sales up and ask whats going on you might get lucky, you will find some phone numbers in the Sky Customer Resources forum.

i've just got through and they said they are waiting to 'get the lines' (or something) off BT.
