      well my exchange aint on that list?? im downloading now and getting from 100 kbs to 700kbs it keeps jumpin up and down

      Assume that list isn't complete as others on this forum having issues aren't on it either. Just let Sky know there's a problem and in the mean time enjoy time away from the Internet!!

      It's been mentioned several times on this forum by those who do or have worked for Sky that emails only go to tier 1 initially. Tier 2 personnel don't respond with emails, although they might be shown details of them.

      If more people were to call in, then it might actually highlight to Sky that the issue is in a different spot to where they were looking.

      Of course I'm in Hampshire. These issues aren't affecting me. It's down to those who are affected to make the phone calls to Sky.

      With the length of time that it has taken to resolve the issue, I would hope that Sky will be looking at compensating those affected as well, but that's a separate issue all together and only likely to be made to those who have registered a complaint.

      You should still ring up and register it as a fault affecting you as well - the more faults registered and the more info they get, the quicker they'll act!

      Ill ring later then is there quick way to get past tech guys? Or will i have to follow there guides of turning modem on and off lol

      Normally have to play nice with Tier 1 - if you get a UK-based agent see if they'll pass you through as they should know about the issue
