I'm on the same exchange, still encountering trouble.

Any idea's why Sky would have removed the 'minor fault' from their status page?

Unfortunately, I have no idea why the fault was taken off the status page, guys.

The Broadband status page has no info on it now.

I'm on Kidbrooke and can confirm ~300 ping times in evenings, I hope they fix it soon but I as its only classed as "minor" I'm not holding my breath..

Looking at the posts on the official forum it looks as though people are phoning sky and they are denying any knowledge of a fault doesn't sound promising

It does depend on who you speak to: frontline Tier 1 generally only know basic trouble shooting (our friends who post on here excepted! ) and so will probably not know that customers are reporting a real fault = The Sky guy on the Sky forums had initially asked people to ring them and ask to be put through to CST to report each fault - however his post was edited shortly afterwards!

A lot of people are getting caught up discussing and attempting fixes with Tier 1, when, you really need to speak to CST. For me, I got straight through to CST on my first call - theyrecognised it was a fault, created a ticket and forwarded it to the correct queue. I then got a call back the next day advising me what the problem was. I then posted it on here and on the Sky forum where it took about 6 days of everyone posting trace routes before it was 'officially' acknowledged as a fault. Why that's now missing from the status page - i don't know: whether messages place on their system expire after so long, and it'll be refreshed when people go back to work tomorrow? - who knows! - But right now - there's definately still a problem - one that Sky cannot (and i'm pretty sure will not) ignore!

re: Sky Unlimited Broadband gone slow in the last few days

They are defo issues confirmed by sky with certain exchnages in the following areas,

      Cheshire and North Wales
      Cumbria
      Kidbrooke
      Kent
      Croydon
      Leatherhead
      Crawley
      East Sussex
Stockton (covering Exchanges in Teesside, Durham and Yorkshire)
      Hertfordshire

Sky are advising that extra customers are causing part of the problem. New exchnage equipment was ordered to combat this but has been delayed.

re: Sky Unlimited Broadband gone slow in the last few days

I have now spoken to all "tier's" including CST and not one of them has any idea there is a fault.
Posts are being edited on the sky (so called) help forum and now the service status page reports no issues.
In my opinion they know the issue is not going to improve as they currently deny all knowlage of it.
When the problem started it was usually from 7 - 11 pm, today it started from 1pm, thats all day with unusable internet, surely they are in breach of contract (Unlimited LLU)

Only been with them about 4 months and its been a huge mistake.
