Just wondering what the Max Sync should be? I believe i'm on one of the new ISAM's. When i rang up to get DLM turned off, the guy said "Not all of the features are available cause your on one of the brand new ISAMs"
I can't seem to sync over 19995kbps - wondering if the guy set that figure in or whats going on? also i strugle to get over 1mb up....BT Infinity

Re: Max Sync
You'll be set to 20000kbps, the ISAMs don't use 'proper' figures such as 20480kbps for 20Mbps
As for 'other features' it basically means that on the ISAMs you don't have as much configurability as the old DSLAMs. It's all profile-based as opposed to changing everything individually

Re: Max Synci strugle to get over 1mb up....
Bits are expressed using the decimal system, ie 1000bits= 1kb, 1000kb = 1megabit. So if you are syncing at 19995kbps you are very close to 20Megabits/s
