Just awaiting migration to Sky from Pipex, spent 60+ minutes over 5 phone calls trying to see if I can get on Sky before my router comes (using my old usb adsl modem) but no go apparently. Even tho the line is activated they suggested there is a hardware setting in their router which will only work on Sky broadband?!

Did get another freephone line if needed by anyone its 0800 051 2595, went through in minutes as opposed to 24 minutes waiting for customer service! If they have charged my £2 for that I will not be happy.

if u call any number other than 08705 515 515 which takes you to the broadband menu then u have a chance of going to sky tv customer service india when its realy busy.

thats the price and chance u take when phoning any other number other than that as the way its routed any other numbers are for tv.

A sticky somewhere, link at the top of the page, the number in the title at the top with the newest number would be good.
Just somewhere everone can get to it with ease.

Because its normally when you haven't got a connection is when you need it and writing it down when it changes is the only way.

There is no 0800 number that works now, we have tried to change all the info on the FAQs etc to reflect this. If you see a post with it in, just report it so we can amend it.

I don't think this has been posted but their appears to be a new free number, I haven't used it myself so I have no idea if it works or not. I believe it comes from the saynoto0870 website:

      0800 234 6019
