Hi guys im new to this forum and i want to share with you what happened to me. On 17th november i got my line activated
its 30 now and i didnt get my sky router yet
i phone them today and ask them what adress did they send it on
and the router was sended 1 week ago but it was on the other adress :-(
i have to wait 5 days to finnaly get it
i got a question
What sort of speeds do you get?
is it 100% up to 20mb/s
or is it just a lie

I have enough now i didnt recived my sky router

1 question is why did they have an incorrect address and another is how did you expect the replacement to arrive when many couriers are unable to get their vans out for deliveries? We are a 5 min walk from our sorting office and haven't seen a post person since Wednesday.
