Question Possible to use wireless router at another UK location?

Apologies if this is a really obvious question, but is it possible to use my Sky wireless router plugged into a different phone line? I will be at my sister's over Christmas and although she has broadband enabled via BT it is hard wired as she doesn't have a wi-fi router there. Can I plug my Sky wireless router in at her house to access everything wirelessly on my laptop, or is my wi-fi router only linked to my own phone line at home?

      Thanks
      Phil

It is not linked specifically to your phone line, but it is linked to Sky enabled phones lines only. It will not work on a BT connection.

You could possibly link your router to the BT one using the ethernet ports. Disable DHCP in the Sky router and change its address to one in the same range as the BT router. This would enable you to use the wireless on the Sky router to access the internet.
