      Cancelled Sky broadband but still showed in bill

      Having cancelled Sky package two weeks ago, I had a look in MySky and found that the TV subscription charge is reduced and only runs till the end of this month (normally until 21st of next month), with a message saying the TV sub is cancelled. However, there is no cancellation message in the broadband section and I'm billed the whole period (till 21st of next month). When I first phoned up, I did ask to cancel the whole package and was given a MAC code as well. So they clearly knew the broadband is to be cancelled as well.

      I wonder if I don't do anything (not using the MAC to switch provider), will sky broadband still go on, even after the TV has dropped?

      If you don't use your MAC then it will just carry on monthly.

      When you use the MAC, this will trigger the cancellation of the Sky BB service.
