Log into the router and go to the wireless settings. In there you'll see a box with the existing WPA key so just make something new up or use a site with a random generator to create a new WPA key (or WPA2 if the Sky FW allows it)

Admin password I can't remember as I've not used a Sky router in a while but I'm someone else will advise

Go into the router settings, it opens on the Maintenance tab by default, click the Set Password sub tab and change the Admin password there. Remember to click Apply.

With regards the Wireless key, use at least 12 characters and include some punctuation. This greatly increases the security.
