      Unhappy Sky website user problems

      Hi everyone
      I keep trying to view my current bill the the sky website keeps saying 'To view your bill please accept the terms and conditions' when i accept the terms it then brings up a screen 'Sorry An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. Alternatively, you can Email the Account and Billing team or call Sky Customer Services on 08442 414 141 (UK) or 0818 719 819 (Rep. of Ireland).' This has now been happening for the last three weeks, I've contacted sky twice and they say they are aware of the issue and working on it. Just wondering is everyone else having the same problem or just me as its very frustrating not being able to view my bill.

      No problems here. If you want to view your bill you can also view it via the red button on your TV.
