      Hosting on sky

      Is it possible to host a website on sky? because im having trouble re-routing my global ip to 192.168.0.2 did sky lock it on 192.168.0.1?

      so if there is a way to host on sky or re-route my global ip to 192.168.0.2 please let me know i got sagen F@ast 2504 router.

      192.168.01 and 192.168.0.2 are your local IPs and not your IP address you will have on the internet. It is likey that 192.168.0.1 is the address of your router.

      Sky do not host websites however there are plenty of websites out there that will see you the space you will need and will host it for you. Vidahost is one such company.

      This make it 4 posts on the same subject, please do not start any more.

      As you have obviously little idea of what you are doing, go to this tutorial and read it carefully. Forget everything you have done and follow the instructions there. Your server will be set up in no time.
      How to set up port forwarding to an internal web server

      This was written for the DG834GT, the menu headings are different on your router, but they are all there under the Security tab.
