Exclamation Sky D-Link & Netgear DG834G Router - Wireless Access Point - Help Needed

I have one D-Link Sky Router (with bad wireless range). I also have an old Netgear DG834GT that I would like to use as a Wireless Access Point, is this possible? I can't swap the routers as the DG834GT has a broken telephone port but the wireless and 100mbs ports work OK!

I have flashed the DG834GT with the latest firmware. I have also given IP address 192.168.0.2 to the DG834GT and on the D-link I have change the range so it starts from 192.168.0.3

I understand that I need to disable DHCP on the DG834GT, will this work or am I missing something?

      Thanks

It will work, as long as you connect using an ethernet cable between the ports on the two routers.
