Flashing orange light is water in joints?

This is the second time in a few days after a solid 800hrs uptime.

Tested it direct from test socket with 2 routers and 4 filters and still the same result, just got back on after 1 day and the common theme of the last few days is very very heavy rain.

      Thanks

Should the first call be to BT or Sky,the phone side was ok during the b/band loss.

If the phone side of things is completely unaffected, then I'd suggest calling Sky and reporting that you keep dropping sync - 08442410515.

Re: Flashing orange light is water in joints?

the phone is more tollerant to water on the line than broadband but sometimes you get a bit of crackle when making or recieving calls

i was sometimes getting water into a junction box outside from an overflow pipe above the box and a spray with wd40 works wonders any line crackles and poor speeds sorted themselves within 10 minutes
