Would be helpful if you would post up some stats from both the normal position and the test socket.

Do you mean you waited 10 days for it to be connected or you have waited the 10 days after it was connected? If it is the former you will be on DLM training, where your speed may rise. Post your stats as Simon suggests, for a better idea.

      Re: Help,Help,Help,Help!!!

I don't get what the issue is. Broadband speeds change between properties and at present you're getting about right for your line length. Download speed is a bit low but I assume you're using wireless so try wired

      Re: Help,Help,Help,Help!!!

Is that from the Test socket, if so you are not going to get much more, a bit over 6Mb at most. If it is not from the Test socket, post the stats from there.

The speed you get depends on the length and condition of your line. Your line is obviously longer than it was in your previous house.

      Re: Help,Help,Help,Help!!!

Just leave it on with the default settings. One member found that it interfered with his network printer so if you have one of those and have problems, switch it off.
