    Quick billing question

      Quick billing question

      Signed upto Sky Talk Unlimited and Broadband Unlimited

      Now when i signed up it was 11 line rental, 5 Sky Talk and 7.50 for the broadband (discounted 5 for taking Sky Talk)

      My bill shows this:


      Sky Broadband

      Sky Broadband Unlimited 21/10/10 - 20/11/10 12.50
      Sky Broadband Unlimited 21/09/10 - 20/10/10 12.50
      Sky Broadband Unlimited 10/09/10 - 20/09/10 4.44
      Subtotal: 29.44

      Packages: 29.44
      Sky Talk

      Sky Talk Line Rental 21/10/10 - 20/11/10 11.00
      Caller Display 21/10/10 - 20/11/10 0.00
      1571 - Voicemail 21/10/10 - 20/11/10 0.00
      Call Charges 3.50
      Subtotal: 14.50

      Line Rental & call features 11.00
      Call package 0.00
      Call charges 3.50


      Are they just not showing the 5 Sky Talk Payment and showing the broadband then at full price?

      Are you sure you have not signed up for the free evening calls option on Sky Talk, or have you made a lot of 08 or 09 calls. It should not really matter as you would still get the 5 discount. Sky really need to get a grip of their billing procedures.

      Defo on Unlimited, says it in my package details, the 3.50 of calls were ringing TalkTalk ( my last ISP ) to confirm the cancellation etc

      Looking at it again, you are being charged for 2 and a half months broadband and your Phone bill is only for one month. I think you should call and get it sorted out, before it goes too far.

      If that's the first bill it is normal for them to charge one month in advance so they bill you extra for the first month to cover the next month.
