      contacting Sky support

there are many phone numbers that one can use to contact Sky for this/that and the other, but, could someone please tell me the correct helpline phone number to call Sky support so that I can ask them if they could possibly increase my BB speed manually now that DLM has finished on my line..

I tried 08442-410-515 but that just tied me up in knots...

If you dial the number and choose option 1 then 3, you should get through to BB tech support.

No quick way but maybe a cheaper way - Google say no to 0870 and do a search for the number/company
