    1st day - terrible speed!?!

      Cool , but they havent finished playing yet so it may drop yet (or will it?)

      Actually, i checked my router this morning and it said the connection had been up for 51 hours! I thought that with DLM the connection was renewed every 24 hours (ish)??

      Is it possible that DLM has finished? Or interrupted? Its only day 7 (last reconnect wouldve been day 5)

      DLM can run in a few days so it looks like it has finished.

      After only 5 day? I thought it ran for nearer 10?
      It seems a bit of a coincidence that it stopped on the same day I rebooted my router (no Internet on the pc but router showed all to be ok)

      What do you think? Just coincidence?

      If your noise margin reaches 7 and the line stays stable DLM will continue to run for the remaining time I believe but it wont touch your sync speed.

      DLM only ran for 4 days on my line.

      Thanks guys.

      Ok, so im left with 8190 downstream and 798 upstream.
      Guess I can live with that.
      Im going to miss my 9.5kbps download from my last address but its not toooooo bad I guess.

      I have a new question but i'll start a new, more relevant thread.

      Not moaning, just want as much speed as I can get
      Got to pay 7.50 now though cos I've hit my limit after one demo download
