      Router Hasn't arrived It's Been Over 12 Days!

      My sky router broke sky have said it will take 4 working days to arrive, this was last monday, its now been 11 days and i still have no router.
      I phoned sky back a few days ago and they said they will send another one and i may receive 2 routers, but i still don't have a router, come on...... 11 days is ridiculous.
      Does anyone know the reason for why it's taking so long?
      has somebody stole my router?

      Try and get the tracking number off them for the routers and see if it's been delivered or not. If they cant give you a number then get them to send another one with a tracking number as they probably havent sent one or they cant find it in there system.

      There is currently a delay on routers. Its unlikely they can give you a tracking number as most of the late routers are sitting at "awaiting delivery" on the system, which means they are either still at the depot or en route to your local sorting office. Hence no order tracking number.

      If you call sky and tell them it has not arrived, they will override the system and manually re order one, as they have been doing for the last week or more.

      Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
