      You don't have to change anything, all you need is the MAC address, follow the instructions in Steve's link.

      ive just done the speed test but it didnt ask me for username or anything. yes iam useing sky router and

      my internet seems to be working ok now but for how long
      i guess asking for a mac might have helped

      That is a good result for Connect during peak time. Your Profile looks about right, it is usually about 500kb less than your sync speed. As long as your line stays stable it will stay at that and you should be OK.
