      Smile Sky Router/Apple Time Capsule

have just switched to Sky from BT ( after they disconnected me whilst I was on holiday, clerical error on their part but not the first time so I gave up on them)
Already have Sky TV+ phone line and am on Sky Connect
      Router is black D-link
Am having problems with connection drop out, sometimes every few mins, requiring rebooting of router to fix.
Set up at home has Sky router connected to Apple Time Capsule via LAN, with LAN connection from this to Blu-Ray player and X-box 360.
Have laptop ( running windows 7) Mac Book Pro, I-phone 4 , 3GS, Itouch and Canon printer connected wirelessly.
Time Machine acts as wireless as well on channel 1, Sky router on Auto (set-up shows channel 11).
In addition to connection drop outs both the printer and Blu ray player seem to periodically switch themselves off during use, why, I have no idea.
This same set up worked fine with BT home hub ( until they disconnected me)
Any help would be gratefully received

What lights are on the router when it drops out? Can you still get into the config pages when its dropped?

All the lights on the front of the router look OK i.e wireless/internet and 1x LAN connection are all green
Log into the router and all looks OK too and it's still timing a connection, but broadband is out
Wireless signal to devices is 3/3bar ( i phone) and 5/5 ( laptop) so no problems there

Change the channel on the router to 13 and see how that goes.
