      Low upload.

I should have been automatically upgraded from Everday by now. Did not expect any improvement in my download speed of 1728 but notice that the upload is still on 608. This can't be right can it?

Re: Sky Launches New Up To 20Mb Broadband Product

This can't be right can it?
It could be if your line is not capable of supporting more. Post your stats. It looks like you are on G,DMT, probably on a very long line.

      Re: Low upload.

Your 0db download margin is more worrying than your upload speed. I know you said some years ago that you did not have a Test socket, have you managed to get an NTE5 socket fitted yet? If so plug into the Test socket and post the stats.
