    Test Socket, Ring Wire or BT iPlate?

      Test Socket, Ring Wire or BT iPlate?

      Which is the best solution to improve my broadband connection ? We won't be using the home phone.

      Test socket is the best. Fit a filtered faceplate for appearance and a good quality filter. Get a good quality one from ADSLNation or Run-It-Direct. Don't waste your money on a cheap one. Likewise the iPlate, it does little more than filter the ring wire, which you don't need using a filtered faceplate or the Test socket on its own..
