Ok then your stats are good for the package your on as for the SkyBB portal there are a lot of people who still have no access and the includes me some kind of mess up with the system that adds users they know about it and say they are trying to find the problem.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

Not as far as I know but you can still access your email through an email client I use Courier and check mine everyday but I will never use my sky address and I have more than enough emails address as it is but sky do use it to send things to you.

      James

      I'm on max package

Well, my speed suddenly increased to 8Mb (fastest ever)at 10 Thursday night-earlier on it had only been at 2. Had been slower past few days but had previously been averraging 6Mb but nearly always at about 9pm slowed down completely and had to reboot to solve problem and could sometimes happen twice at night. That was one of the few times I had no problems whatsoeverand have had service since end of August.

However, not all good news as last night as though been getting around 6-7 at 9.30 pm message of limited connectivity and couldn't even get into the router settings as all i could get get was the page can not be displayed message. Solved by switching pc off and on and things fine now but strange.

      Here are my stats:

      WAN PPPoA 37872 54314 0 1420 10753 01:50:10
      LAN 10M/100M 56001 38841 0 10831 1548 01:51:34
      WLAN 11M/54M/108M 1046 0 0 15 0 01:51:24

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 15323 kbps 766 kbps
Line Attenuation 21.0 db 11.9 db
Noise Margin 7.5 db 12.5 db

Let's hope the service does improve as though may well have been luckier than some others as always connected for at least 3 hours before the slow downs the lack of stability was a bit frustrating.

      James
