    Sync speed huge decrease

      What the hell is up with this sync speed, this connection is normally at 4 - 5k and is at 2.5 for some reason, I have requested to cancel connect on the 9th but that does not mean I do not need internet till then.

      No master socket in house, all external wiring is correct.

      That has to be a wiring or setup issue. No master you say? What's the next best thing?

      Hi as the connect package is traffic managed you are lucky some connect Customers have had speeds as low as 1kbps. Have a look at Playstation and net in general

      Steve I am aware of that, however during peak times my sync speed never drops below 3,600. Now for some reason it has decided to go all the way down to 2. "Im lucky to be getting 2.5", Well maybe im even luckier most nights when my actuall speed not the sync, drops to 0.05kbps

      There is no wiring in the master socket.

      Where does the line enter your premises then? Into a junction box?

      Hi I know the connect package is really bad and as long as Sky keep selling it and not buying more bandwidth it will get worse and affect all the connect Customers. Have you done a Bt test Bt Updated Speed Tester that will show you the exact speed and your IP Profile. At the beginning the throttling was in various changing area`s every week now it seems like everyone on the connect package is starting to be throttled.

      Try rebooting the router, this should cause it to resync and may boost the sync speed again.
