      Sounds right, Estimate: 10 - 20MB Great what the hell use is that to me.. blatantly lie to people when signing them into contracts of up to 20Megs.

      Sky are complete morons, they've messed up every aspect of the service Ive received. yes the contract, billing, faulty equipment, frequent loss off connection, when the contracts up both Tv & phones getting dropped hopefully in a couple months time. It seems there service degrades & there charges increase year by year.

      The forum staff here do not have your best interests, there here to protect & defend sky no matter how hard they deny the facts don't lie.

      Yes we know its "up to" by know means does that excuse with holding 75% of the connection speed.

      btw Internal wiring is referring to your extension leads etc not house wiring. please review your level of service & treatment @Reviewcentre.com I think you'll find many others appalled at this service then skyuserforums makes out.

      SkyUser has nothing to do with Sky and you know that. As for the Forum Staff it is a members forum to assist and help anyone who has issues or problems with Sky. So what you are saying is anyone who is a member of SkyUser is Staff. So you are saying that I do not try to help anyone because I am protecting Sky. You know what you should get a life. No one tell you what TV to watch No one tells you what phone company to use and No one tells you which ISP to go to. If you make mistakes only you can put them right. You cannot blame everyone because you made mistakes.

      @Nofews

      Internal wiring is ANYTHING past the master socket - hard wired extensions, plugin extensions, etc...if YOUR internal setup is shot that's YOUR responsibility to fix, NOT Sky's. Same can be said for ANY ISP...

      Now, run along...

      There is only one reply to that, your excrement is coming out of the wrong hole.

      You don't like Sky, you don't like the Forum. Why are you still with Sky and posting here? Why don't you go to an ISP who will give you 20Mb and go to a forum where everyone agrees with you?
