      d link router

are sky now issuing 3 types of router now as a work college was sent a sagem router but due to complications with bt dates and sky dates for change-over his sky broadband was cancelled until sky talk was activated,
upon activation he was contacted by customer services who said he would probably get another router which dully arrived 3 days later but it wasnt a netgear or sagem but a d-link still as a small sky hd box

the d-link is definitely not any better, from my experience it was worse than the sagem

      Re: d link router

Bt do not provide crap routers, their homehub is one of the best around. They use their own firmware and is locked to BT only. Im afraid its just sky.

      Re: d link router

BT is one of the few exceptions to the rule, but generally ISP's find the cheapest router they can toss of on you.

Pace SKY HD With Seagate Pipeline HD 2TB
