      Unhappy Connection issue

      Hi,
Have recently recieved a new sky modem, used to have the netgear but now have a sagem.
Upon setting up, everything worked fine. 2 computers ,wii,xbox360 all connected via wireless fine.
The problem i have is with a Acer laptop.
The laptop sees the router but will not connect via wireless. This laptop happily worked with previous netgear, and i have also tested it with a neighbours (sky netgear) and it connected fine.
I have connected it via cable and it connects straight way.
Also i have tried different channels and disabled router security but it still wont connect.Router is 1.9 firmware.
Totally at a loss, anyone know what might be wrong.

      Re: Connection issue

Have you deleted your old sky profile out of your wireless setup? What operating system are you running and have you made sure the key is going in to the pass phrase box in capital letters?

      Thx for the reply,
I had a browse through the forums and came across a thread with a similar issue.
Problem solved with a driver update.
