And how would we go about trying to get out of this 12 month contract with Sky?

Argue that it's unacceptable - many have done this and Sky have let them leave with no penalty as it's Sky's fault...you'd probably have to stick with TV, etc as they're not a problem

      Re: What is this rubbish?

Well I think we would want to stick with TV and phoneline. Will share this information with my dad when he gets back from work and rings Sky.

As to which ISP to switch to, any suggestions? The only 3 with LLU's at my local exchange point are TalkTalk, AOL and Bulldog (never heard of Bulldog).

Used to be with Bulldog (before they were taken over by Cable & Wireless) - they were OK then but no idea now.

TalkTalk are probably your best bet in terms of LLU but I'm not a fan of them personally...

I'd steer clear of AOL unless they've got better recently

Hi Just tried SamKnows - Telephone Exchange Search and the link is working now. Sky are unbundling exchanges the problem is Sky are only showing some on SamKnows - Sky / Easynet LLU Most information on which exchanges they have unbundled are on a list and that`s Just some. The link is on post #19. Also Sky some of User Members have emailed Sam Knows and finding there exchange have been unbundled.
