      Thanks guys, ive changed the channel to 4, (someone else had channel 13), seems to have sorted the wireless dropouts. Ringing sky customer support this afternoon, any ideas the best way to get it sorted quickly?

      Just ask them to configure your connection manually as DLM has left it with a low speed. With luck you will be passed to CST who will fix it in minutes. If you get one of the Tier one bods that can do it, it might take longer.

      just rang sky, apparently the line is still undergoing dlm so the speed could still increase or i need to ring back on the 14th to have it manually configured.

      sorted, one phone call and after being shocked how slow my connection was, my speed was upped almost instantly to nearly 15Mb/s.
      Well done Sky eventually!
