Ladies and Gentlemen, I present the [removed] broadband provider in the country

If anyone was considering moving to sky broadband, take a look at this picture, I didn't actually think speeds like this were possible any more, allow me to enlighten everyone, 8 years ago, I paid NatWest, 5 per month, I got dedicated 512k speeds on a dial up modem, so 8 years on, I pay sky around 15 for my broadband and I get around 50 times slower speeds... don't add up sky, their customer service is less that removed when it comes to helping you as well. If anyone from sky sees this, GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO FIX THIS GOD DAMN PROBLEM

You are on Sky Connect and short of Sky paying BT 's which the are not prepared to do the only thing that will sort it is to switch your provider.

Check your exchange and see if you have any LLU suppliers in there, if not you should consider either Plusnet or Zen.

Just so you know, Sky have no official service people on here and nobody will be able to fix your problem even if they did...

Sky Connect appears to have a very bad reputation at the moment. How long have you been on Sky?

You cannot pick your exchange, you are connected by your wires to whichever one and that is it, the only way to move exchange is to also move house.
