      You should be using the Sky supplied router at least while DLM is running.

      I would say for now leave it plugged in and leave it alone for the rest of the DLM process otherwise your speed may get comprimised then you will have to phone Sky to get DLM started again.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

      Any reason why? Do they look more closely at the router you're using during the DLM period than they do the rest of the time? It seems unlikely, if it's an automated process.

      It's really just in case you have a problem. If you do, you would have to remove the router and put the Sky one back on. Depending on how good they are, the support tech would be able to tell you are not using a Sky router.

      Fair enough. I'll stay on the Sky router for a while and see how it goes.
