      Is sept migration still on?

      Ist sept the date for package switch to unlimited 12-50 from 10 everyday.

      As our monthly bill is 18th to 18th i take it the new price and usage will start after 18th sept,agreed?

      Sky normally do a sort of credit and then a new prorated amount, so you may get entries like the following

      Broadband, 18th August to 18th September X amount
      Broadband, 1st September to 18th September Y amount Credit
      Broadband, 1st September to 18th September Z amount

      Or similar.

      It will start on the 1st but you will probably see a part month increase on your Sept bill and then the full month increase on your October bill. Be careful of your usage until you are sure you have changed to the correct package, you should be able to tell by stats and by mysky.

      Just checked my bill details and it says

      Everyday 18/08/10 - 17/09/10= 10

      They will adjust it next bill if the upgrade goes through, until then it will not show on the bill I expect.
