Didn't get a call back. Just called and the order has now been removed. I've just placed a new order so hopefully for the last time... I'll reply with how I get on..

Edit: Added tests below to see what Sky was like for future reference.

...2nd order has ALSO been processed incorrectly! I'm ordering over the internet next time and it's the last chance or I'm going to go back to BT. Not looking good for TalkTalk already... I've gotta wait another 24-48 hours now...

After all that I've had to cancel my BT line and take a new one with TalkTalk. As they caused all the issues they have agreed to remove the new line fee (69.99) and get me setup by next Friday (27th). Only thing is, I get a new phone number but I was changing it anyway!

      Fingers crossed now!

Hi it has been a battle but as long as everything turn out and this time looks like all is sorted I see Sky have lost a few connect Customers in the last couple of days. Who ever told you the Mac Code was only for seven days was more than likely been told to keep Customers from leaving that will never work. I have read of things like that before on SkyUser. It looks like TalkTalk have covered everything now. Have you given them your Mac Code.

They didn't need it and they don't need it now as it's a brand new line getting setup. Thanks for everything steve!

Not really. Apparently BT or Sky was refusing the move. After being told by BT it wasn't them and Sky it wasn't them I thought TT was pulling a fast one. Turns out that Sky was stopping it and now TT's system won't allow them to make a new migration order.

Fix? Cancel BT line, Cancel Sky BB and get a new line at TT's expense.

It is yeah. Only condition was it's a 24 month contract but that doesn't bother me.
